Step-by-Step KYC Guide

Step 1: User Receives Notification

When a vendor initiates a payout, the payee gets an email.

The email contains the amount received and a temporary password.
Login at https://app.swiftpayd.com/

Step 2: Identity Verification (KYC)

On first login, you will be prompted to "Complete your KYC verification to unlock full account features."

Click on Start KYC to begin the process
Enter all required fields and submit the needed documents

Important: Photocopies, scans, or digital screenshots of your ID will be flagged as fraudulent or may cause your KYC verification to remain permanently pending. Please ensure you upload a clear photo of the physical document.

Step 3: Payout Methods

Instant Pay (Debit Card) — Enter card number (Visa/MC)
PayPal — Enter PayPal email or phone number
Venmo — Enter Venmo email or phone number

Important: The withdrawal method chosen must exactly match your account details. Entering incorrect or mismatched information will cause significant delays in processing the withdrawal.

Step 4: Initiating a Withdrawal

Once your KYC is verified, you can initiate a withdrawal.
